There is no trip charge for any home or business in the San Diego area. One hour minimum charge applies to all on-site service calls. Trip charges apply to Orange and Riverside Counties and to the El Centro area. DAG'S technicians quickly troubleshoot problems to the component level; replace the defective component on site and strives for complete customer satisfaction.

Pricing:

· DAG’S offers weekly and monthly contract service at reduced rates, please call and speak with Darrel.

$85.00 hourly rate applies to all routine service calls. Specific type problems may have individual rates.

* Maintenance - $85.00 hourly rate, expect 2 hours per computer. Maintenance includes:

· Internet Clean-up

· Disk Clean-Up

· Spam removal

· Backup verification

· Antivirus status

· Warranty status

· Windows Updates

· Disk Defragmentation

· Interior computer cleaning

* New Computer Setup - $255.00, $100.00 credit if computer was purchased from DAG’S.

* Install additional hardware - $85.00 hourly rate, expect one-half hour per device (memory/hard-drive/DVD/Video card, etc…) Parts extra.

* Install peripheral device - $85.00 hourly rate, expect one-half hour per device (printer/scanner/camera/fax, etc…) Device extra.

* Install backup solution - $85.00 hourly rate, expect one hour per computer.

* Diagnose problematic software - $85.00 hourly rate, expect one-half hour, exceptional cases involving software technical support may take as much as two hours on site, plus any technical support charges from Software manufacturer.

* Virus removal - $85.00 hourly rate. If virus has caused Operating System damage the technician will usually offer to bring the computer back to the shop to prevent excessive charges from building up on-site. Pickup and delivery charges are $85.00. Maximum in-shop labor charges is $255.00 and this only applies in extreme cases, usual charges are $170.00.
