Our shop is fully equipped to service desktop PCs, laptops, and servers.

Sometimes it is better for the customer and the technician to bring the computer to the shop for maintenance. Our On-Site rate is $85.00 an hour; however our in-shop rates are fixed. We have the tools, test components and broadband Internet access available at the shop and this is not always the case while on-site.

In Shop Pricing:

* Format computer and install new Operating System - $250.00.

* Setup new computer & transfer data from old - $250.00

· This includes transferring all desired data from old system to new

and reinstalling all provided software and reconfiguring email accounts.

* Install Software Package - $55.00

* Install additional hardware - $45.00 (memory/hard-drive/DVD/Video card, etc…) Parts extra.

* Hardware Upgrade - $170.00 (Motherboard/CPU) Operating System refresh. Parts extra.

- $255.00 for laptops

* Install peripheral device - $45.00 (printer/scanner/camera/fax, etc…) Device extra.

* Install backup solution - $85.00 hourly rate, expect one hour per computer.

* Diagnose Computer Non Repair - $45.00.

* Training/Consulting - $45.00.

* Virus removal - $85.00. If virus has caused serious Operating System damage this fee may be higher with a maximum in-shop labor charges of $255.00 applied, usual difficult charges are $170.00. Extreme cases usually involve formatting the computer and reinstalling the operating system.

* Operating System diagnostics - $150.00

* Repair problematic software - $55.00

* Setup Dial-up service - $55.00 (AOL/Juno/Net Zero etc.)
